Happy New Year

2013 year has been a splendid year for all of us. If (some of you) are thinking otherwise about 2013 and feel that it was quite a tough year, then think again!

Every year (with time) brings new hope, brings new experiences, brings new confidence, brings new positive expectations, brings new aspirations and all these lead to new learnings, new lessons of life, humanity and happiness.

Tough time, mournful days and soreness are just imaginary words which doesn’t exists. These all are, I believe (I may be wrong) is state of mind. When we face tough times, it actually give us a chance to learn. It gives us chance to sharpen our mental knives. These situations make us tougher and we must learn from these conditions rather than blaming our time, current year or luck.

We all have learned a lot in these earlier flourishing years and will enjoy its returns till our death-bed. Every year teaches us something new and brings new challenges which makes us smarter, wiser and intellectual.

Year 2013 brought smiles on our lips, rejuvenated us, built new as well as strengthen relationships. We met old friends, erased our grudges with those who hurt us in the past, inspired many and got inspired, did mistakes and learned from those mistakes. In the midst of this topsy-turvy ride we never forgot to smile and never lost courage. We bounced back with a bang and achieved acme.

Today on the last day of this incredible 2013, I am personally grateful for all your tremendous support, precious guidance and life changing tips which made my year. We are entering into 2014 with beautiful treasured memories which will water our soul throughout our life.

I wish you a very beautiful, rewarding new year filled with positive thoughts, abundance, joy, and treasured moments.

May 2014 be your best year yet!

Please take care of yourself as you are apple of someone’s eyes.

Keep Smiling… 🙂

Your Positivity is your best vaccination

One day I got a call from one of my friend. As soon as I hit the green button of my phone, I greeted her enthusiastically with wearing smile on my lips, “Hey, how are you? You made my day with your call this beautiful morning. So what’s going at your end?”

Guess what!

A dull monotonous low voice came from my receiver like a flabby tortoise with half closed eyes walking on the river bank, “Hi! I am fine, thank you. You say how’s going?”

Now by listening such a monotonous and soporific voice, we can easily make out something is not right with that person.

When such negative words fall on our ear drums then directly or indirectly the echo travels to our mind. Either we feel such vibrations on our heart and mind or we suppress these negative vibes and send our strong positive vibrations back to the person, which rejuvenate him or her.

positive vibes

Let’s imagine, you are on a holiday on an ecstatic beach and walking on the whitish sand under the bluish sky. Sun is smiling and cold breeze is welcoming you. You are enjoying every bit of moment.

Suddenly you come across a rocky cave and plan to enter in it. As you enter in a dark scary cave you find yourselves in scary gloominess murk.

How will you react? You see nothing. Everything is blackened out.

In a trice, a positive atmosphere changed to negative one. (It depends how you take it.)

Here, we have two options with us. Either we lit something to see and enjoy the beauty of cave or we simply run away considering it as a frightening dark den.

Which would you prefer? I would prefer the initial one.

When we hear a negative voice from someone, it tries to enter into our brain and hypnotises it. Our mind start visualising these negative vibrations and creates an imaginary picture. Finally this affects our soul and heart later affects our immune system.

positive

Result is obvious. We become unmotivated and negative thoughts start shaping up in our mind.

Your Smile drops. Your energy curve drops. Your confidence drops.

We must not allow the negative vibrations to enter in our soul and make us unmotivated. Our positive vibrations must be stronger so that it suppress the negative ones. And your positivity will directly motivate the others and start injecting into their system.

Your positive vibrations will act as a vaccinator. Positivity smash the negativity out of the system like germs get smashed by the medicines.

And in this case, positive forces win the battle.

Every day we come across many negative people. We have two options. Either simply ignore these negative anti social elements OR talk to them, find out what make them upset, give a positive solution, kill their negativity, motivate and rejuvenate their inner soul with your strong positive pulses.

Your positive healing will work wonders for them and make their life.

Be happy and make your environment happier, germ free. Think Positive, Stay Positive.

No Strife, No Life

Life_Updowns

When we were kids, we enjoyed every moments of our life. When we grew older and entered in teen’s worlds, we got to know a bit about life like a newly born bird comes out of nest and face the dirty world. We started feeling minute level of pressures especially in exams or our so-called-love-life as we indulged ourselves in our love though it was just an infatuation.

As soon as we enter in the world of professionals and corporate we got the real taste of life. When we got married and have family we got to know the word ‘Responsibility’.

Life is not a linear. It’s like stock market graph chart. Rise and falls, ups and downs. stock graphTwists and turns.

When we wake up in the morning we feel fresh and morning dew and fragrance make us rejuvenated. As the day proceed and things keep coming on us, our mood starts fluctuating. Cause of fluctuation may be office work, relationships, family or any external forces. Whatever the reason be, it spontaneously changes our mood and we feel disheartened or happy.

When we talk this at macro level, we call it Life.

life-is-like-a-roller-coaster

Life is like a roller coaster ride. It gives you bumps at every interval.

Rather than taking it as a frightening experience, we must take it as a learning experience. We must enjoy the ride like we enjoy a roller coaster ride.

I love it when I feel pressure. I love it when I pass through bad phase. I love it when some irrelevant weeds crop up in my life.

Because these, teach me lessons. I learn a lot, examine others and try to find out how to react on these circumstances and trust me this is extremely helpful for our future when we may (obviously will) face bigger issues than today. At that time, we can link to those issues with we faced earlier in life which gives us hint for the optimum solution. It gives us energy to handle the pressure. It teaches us to stay calm in these tougher situations and our maturity level increases.

I personally, have seen many matured people who react weirdly when they face tough situations. They start blaming, shouting and sometimes start badmouthing. You must have seen big politicians, celebrities reacting to media. You guessed right, who enjoys the game and who gets trapped, we all know.

I won’t say, they lose their temper after getting bombarded with these bad happenings, rather I would say they get trapped by these situations. Guess what, we keep repeating the mistakes going forward and never learn.

In these tough situations of life or controversies we must never:

  1. Lose temper
  2. Get panic
  3. Get frightened
  4. Speak abruptly and
  5. React

Just stay calm and be silence for the time being.  Take a deep breath, hold it, count 10 and release slowly. Do it for three times and you will get a solution and feel relaxed.

Go to a calm serene place and think twice, thrice before uttering a single word because harsh words can ruin someone’s life and yours for sure.

These are just temporary and will leave but if not handled properly and smartly will give you a deep impact on your life.

“Thank you for life, and all the little ups and downs that make it worth living.”
