4Ps can change your life

Everyday we learn something, whether it is about our Career, Relationships or Life. Whatever we learn and absorb in our mind, it makes us grow which reflects on our family. As our family grows, our neighborhood flourishes. Flourishing of our neighborhood leads to cultivation of society. Further, our state grows and country grows. Hence, our world blossoms. Growth always start from a micro level and goes to macro level.

4PsWe human beings are the micro level and World is macro.

To be a successful person, we have to be a better personality, a better person by heart, by attitude which reflects in our maturity.

It is very simple to say, “I am a matured person..”

Now the question is, if you really are a “MATURED” person then why our society, our country and our world isn’t flourishing as it should be?

Why we see hatred and poverty in our society?

Why we get disheartened? Why we are not growing?

Why we do not have patience, why we get so excited and outburst when some one tries to provoke us?

Why our egos come across in our relationships?

There could be numerous questions which can question our humanity.

These are very basic questions which needs to be answered and if you have these Ps then my dear friend you are matured enough. You can actually change the neighborhood, society, country and the whole world.

4Ps can change your life….

  1. Passion
  2. Perseverance
  3. Patience
  4. Politeness

Many entrepreneurs and leaders always said, ‘Follow your Passion’. Go for it which you are passionate about. Do what you love.

“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.”

Oprah Winfrey

But just doing for sake isn’t enough. You have to do it heartily and it needs hard work, courage, dedication, determination. It needs Perseverance because you have to pass through many challenges, many tests which will examine your capabilities.

Life is like a roller coaster. Some time you will enjoy your ride and some time you will not. For such down moments, you need to have Patience. Just give time. You have to be very calm in tough situations. You simply can not go mad and outburst on someone in frustration. Just be like river – silence, serene and patience.

“The two hardest tests on the spiritual road are the patience to wait for the right moment and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.”

Paulo Coelho

Yelling or shouting in frustration is very simple and easy to ease your tension but it surely going to affect your relationships adversely. No just wait… not affect, rather it will actually ruin and break your relations down.

“Spoken words never come back just like an arrow never comes back to bow.”

Relationship are like flowers, it has to be handled with care, with politeness. Being polite actually reflects our humanity.

Politeness can do wonders in our relationships, in our working culture.

“Ceremonies are different in every country, but true politeness is everywhere the same.”

Oliver Goldsmith

Filter out pessimists and be an optimist

One fine evening, you are feeling a bit low and have fallen into deep thought. The door bell rings and as soon as you open the door, you find yourself surrounded by your happy and energetic friends. Suddenly, you have drastically changed from a leafless plant into a fruitful one. You feel a surge of energy!

positive-thinking

Source: comments.funmunch.com

People are Optimistic, Pessimistic, Positive, Negative and the list goes on. These people make our society and we are a part of it.

Daily we are surrounded by many people across our periphery. It could be our friends, loved ones, colleagues and acquaintances. They all have different attitudes, nature, and behaviour. Some like us and some dislike us. Some are jealous of us while others feel energetic with our presence. Few in the society motivate us, few of them demoralize us and obviously some remain neutral.

optimist

Whoever the people are and whatever their likes and dislikes are it is us that will decide who we surround ourselves with.  Who makes us happy?  Whose company makes our day brilliant or gives us positive vibrations? Such people create ripples in our life and make our environment pacifying and tranquilizing.

We must always associate with people who make our day brilliant and should filter those people out who drain our energy and bring feelings of unhappiness. If we keep hanging onto these anti-social elements, it not only drains our confidence but also injects negative pulses inside our sole and makes us pessimists.

Have you ever seen a big tree laden with beautiful flowers? Have you ever observed a lake overwhelmed with lotuses? These germinate when given optimal conditions and proper care in a suitable environment. Similarly, we grow smarter, better and ingenious in our optimal conditions. We become superlative and positive when we spend our precious time with energized people.

Surround with Positive People

A team does better and gives their best performances when all team members are enthusiastic and support each other. Praise each other’s work and respect it. Even one member in a team can spoil the team’s spirit and that will reflect in individual performances.

“A bad fish can spoil the whole lake.”

Filter out such pessimists, negative sources and uproot them from your life. Soothe your heart with the ecstatic, energetic and positive people and mix their energy with your soul and heart and make yourself a powerful and influential personality, full of energy like a bulldozer.

Keep Smiling.. 🙂

The ASAP Model

Life is all about learning and implementing. We start learning from our childhood and become smart kids even before we enter into the so-called ‘Teenage Years’ or we get smashed by life and learn from our experiences.

ASAP Model

Learning from books, from parents or from experiences give us an identity, a unique personality which puts us in a different league, a league of smart intellectuals which not only enhances our professional lives but also makes our personal lives livable and inspirational.

From the very start of our life, we must inject positive thinking. Whatever situations we fall into, we must always be calm and patient. We must not panic or ever lose hope, no matter what the results are.

“We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.”

– Martin Luther King Jr.

Yes, reading between the lines is quite easy but practically it is not as easy or simple as it seems especially in our learning days or when we were kids. Even when I was a kid I never thought about negative or positive impacts on lives. I never allowed my mind to get indulged with positive attitudes, so how can I expect a small kid to have these embedded into theirs. Basically we never cared about these ecstatic words.

My father always told me, ”You must always greet your elders in the morning with a smile and must respect your relatives and friends.”

Similarly, we can have a positive approach for every problem we face with a Smile. Mr. Jeff BotchJeff Botch, a prolific and passionate writer and inspirational personality says, “From the moment a person wakes up in the morning they have a choice to have a positive attitude or a negative attitude. Personally, I wake up and tell myself that I am going to have an awesome day! I try to smile at people I pass and greet them with a positive greeting. We have an obligation to pull people up rather than drag them down with our negative expressions and attitudes.

Nicely and beautifully said, I continue to mention in my articles that smiling has an enormous strength which can make a person energetic instantly (Read my article, Smile has Greatest Wavelength). We have a responsibility to pull our neighbors up by complementing.  It rejuvenate us.

Mr. Jeff Botch, Regional Sales Manager by Profession has created a development plan, coined ASAP Model. Obviously it doesn’t stand for ‘As Soon As Possible”.  It is a Development Formula created by Mr. Jeff which enhances our personal development, stands for “ATTITUDE, SELF DEVELOPMENT, ACTION AND PERSISTENCE”.

In addition to this, I call it the “Fabulous 4” and every word directly depends on the other. If even one is missing then it directly impacts our life which further reflects on our Family/Society. We determine our attitude which develops us not externally but from internally and that can be seen in our actions and to achieve this we need to be persistent and consistent, just like a great player in his or her sport.

“Staying Healthy and Consistent is paramount”

– Shawn Johnson

We have to be disciplined in our actions, in our attitude and have patience and always keep smiling. It is not a one day or one year or one decade process.  It is a Life Process. We have to be a consistent player throughout our life and when we become consistent we enter the league of legends like Mahatma Gandhi, Maya Angelou and Martin Luther King, Jr. to name a few.

Always try to learn as much as possible and make your life a blast, an inspiration to others and never forget to smile in every situation.

Keep Smiling.. 🙂

Achieve Goals like River

Life is like a river. It makes its own path through numerous obstacles and reach its destination. Its water current calmly cuts through whatever comes along its path.

image

What we must learn from serene river?

If we can even able to adapt these two below listed points then without any doubt we will surely achieve great results in our lives.

1. We must always be Calm and Polite in every situations. Especially when everything goes wrong in our lives.

2. We must never give up and make our own path to achieve greater results and success.

Similarly, we should work hard towards our goal and never get disappointed from Critics,Barriers and Obstacles. We must always be Patient and Polite to people we meet. It builds our personality, strengthens us internally and tests our temperament.

Two biggest known personalities are “Abraham Lincoln” and “Mahatma Gandhi”. They have achieved greatness with their ‘Politeness’ and ‘Never-Quit’ outstanding qualities.

Even we should never stop our process of achieving our goals nor we go off track. These actually test us, how desperate and strong are we to reach our goals. It teaches us to be patient and makes us mentally tough.

I am not born with golden spoon but my confidence and perseverance will make my spoon golden.

Achieve your goal no matter how many times we fail. Make failures our ladder and climb to the success.

Never ever give up. And make your spoon golden.

Keep Smiling.. 🙂
