Everyday we learn something, whether it is about our Career, Relationships or Life. Whatever we learn and absorb in our mind, it makes us grow which reflects on our family. As our family grows, our neighborhood flourishes. Flourishing of our neighborhood leads to cultivation of society. Further, our state grows and country grows. Hence, our world blossoms. Growth always start from a micro level and goes to macro level.
To be a successful person, we have to be a better personality, a better person by heart, by attitude which reflects in our maturity.
It is very simple to say, “I am a matured person..”
Now the question is, if you really are a “MATURED” person then why our society, our country and our world isn’t flourishing as it should be?
Why we see hatred and poverty in our society?
Why we get disheartened? Why we are not growing?
Why we do not have patience, why we get so excited and outburst when some one tries to provoke us?
Why our egos come across in our relationships?
There could be numerous questions which can question our humanity.
These are very basic questions which needs to be answered and if you have these Ps then my dear friend you are matured enough. You can actually change the neighborhood, society, country and the whole world.
4Ps can change your life….
Many entrepreneurs and leaders always said, ‘Follow your Passion’. Go for it which you are passionate about. Do what you love.
“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.”
But just doing for sake isn’t enough. You have to do it heartily and it needs hard work, courage, dedication, determination. It needs Perseverance because you have to pass through many challenges, many tests which will examine your capabilities.
Life is like a roller coaster. Some time you will enjoy your ride and some time you will not. For such down moments, you need to have Patience. Just give time. You have to be very calm in tough situations. You simply can not go mad and outburst on someone in frustration. Just be like river – silence, serene and patience.
“The two hardest tests on the spiritual road are the patience to wait for the right moment and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.”
Yelling or shouting in frustration is very simple and easy to ease your tension but it surely going to affect your relationships adversely. No just wait… not affect, rather it will actually ruin and break your relations down.
“Spoken words never come back just like an arrow never comes back to bow.”
Relationship are like flowers, it has to be handled with care, with politeness. Being polite actually reflects our humanity.
Politeness can do wonders in our relationships, in our working culture.
“Ceremonies are different in every country, but true politeness is everywhere the same.”
Keep Smiling.. 🙂

Stay Alive – Age is just a number. Said numerous times and it is just a two digit number. To accomplish your dreams age doesn’t play any role in it. I have read several stories about leaders and entrepreneurs who started their journey lately and left an impact on the world.
Steve Jobs, who left impact on the world with Apple actually did his best works in his forties. Jim Clark started companies named ‘Silicon Graphics‘ and ‘Netscape‘ at the age of 38 and 50 respectively. You must have played games at Facebook, Google+ and on your Apple or Android phones. These games are provided by ‘Zynga‘, a California-based company. Man behind Zynga is Mark Pincus, started this at the age of 40.
“Dreams and Goals have nothing to do with age.”
Lower your Expectations – Always dream big. But when it comes to practical life, always start from small amount and from scratch. Money or less investment doesn’t matter, what matters is our Passion for our work and Patience. Do your work passionately and give time some time. Expect less. We have to have deep patience. Preparing a masterpiece takes time and on the way towards preparing your masterpiece, you will face lots of difficulties. These difficulties will test your ability and patience. We should never leave hope.
“We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope”
– Martin Luthar King, Jr
Stronger – You are stronger than you think. One should never underestimate his or her abilities. We all are born with talents and are unique in our own capabilities. Work hard and do it from your heart. We may not be a ‘born-with-silver-spoon’ guy but we must work so hard that our life becomes inspirational and golden.
“I am not born with golden or platinum spoon, but my confidence and perseverance will make my spoon golden.”
Persist – Whatever the circumstances are, whatever problems we face, whatever happens or even at some time luck may stop favoring us but we should never, never give up. We must not stop. Keep trying. If one path doesn’t work, think the alternative, do a bit of calculations and achieve the goal. In my dictionary failure means learning.
“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.”
Fake It – When you wake up in the morning, go in your balcony and treat yourself like a King. Go in front of the mirror and look yourself like a rising star. We must be Day Dreamers. Act like a successful personality, talk like a leader and live life like a King. Imitate the big leaders and work accordingly. But don’t just dream; plan and work to achieve your dream.
“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”
– Harriet Tubman
Don’t Compare – Careful! Don’t compare yourself with successful people. They have their own story. You really don’t know their story. Write your own and work in that direction. Make your story an inspiration. Yes, we can get inspired from our mentor’s story and use their life as a reference. But never compare yourself with any one. Unfortunately if you failed to achieve your goal, it will crop a jealous factor. Result is crystal clear – Relationships will get doomed and ruined.
“When you are content to be simply yourself and don’t compare or compete, everybody will respect you.”
– Lao Tzu
The Dip – Life is full of ups and downs. Every successful has to go through rough phase and these rough parts should be taken as learning lessons. I always believe, after night, day comes. Just like a sculptor carves the stone to give it a masterpiece. A bad time actually tests us, make us learn, make us internally stronger and prepare us for our future.
“A temporary pain always give you gain.”
So, never give up. Achieve your goals and change the world.
Keep Smiling… 🙂

Life is like a river. It makes its own path through numerous obstacles and reach its destination. Its water current calmly cuts through whatever comes along its path.
What we must learn from serene river?
If we can even able to adapt these two below listed points then without any doubt we will surely achieve great results in our lives.
1. We must always be Calm and Polite in every situations. Especially when everything goes wrong in our lives.
2. We must never give up and make our own path to achieve greater results and success.
Similarly, we should work hard towards our goal and never get disappointed from Critics,Barriers and Obstacles. We must always be Patient and Polite to people we meet. It builds our personality, strengthens us internally and tests our temperament.
Two biggest known personalities are “Abraham Lincoln” and “Mahatma Gandhi”. They have achieved greatness with their ‘Politeness’ and ‘Never-Quit’ outstanding qualities.
Even we should never stop our process of achieving our goals nor we go off track. These actually test us, how desperate and strong are we to reach our goals. It teaches us to be patient and makes us mentally tough.
I am not born with golden spoon but my confidence and perseverance will make my spoon golden.
Achieve your goal no matter how many times we fail. Make failures our ladder and climb to the success.
Never ever give up. And make your spoon golden.
Keep Smiling.. 🙂
