  1. Wonderful. An affirmation is a carefully crafted statement. It should be written down and repeated to oneself frequently. An affirmation must be in present tense, positive, personal, and specific for it to be effective. It must be repeated many times during the day. By repeating the affirmation, you engrain a new positive belief into your conscious mind replacing old negative beliefs. You must repeat it with passion, certainty and believe it will happen. Affirmations are a very powerful tool. By figuring out what you do want and focusing on that, you can quickly change your vibrational energy to positive.The more positive energy you send out the more positive things you’ll manifest into your life. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is the most effective method I’ve found for clearing energy blocks. It’s an alternative form of psychotherapy that uses affirmations and tapping on acupuncture points to manipulate your energy field. I have used this technique and it has helped me a lot.
